With over fifteen years of board experience and over a decade in finance, I now work as a leadership coach and thinking partner to enable clients to reflect, experiment, learn and move into action enabling them to achieve their potential and goals.

Bringing together my experience with boards, early-stage businesses, career transitions and diversity, I specialise in coaching C-level executives, founders, and their teams, minority leaders and senior women through major transformations using positive psychology. My goal is to develop my clients and help them flourish by finding their own unique brand of excellence.

In 2022 I trained on the Meyler Campbell Masters programme to consolidate my skills and experience into a unique coaching offering.

I have had a diverse career spanning the industries of investment banking, higher education and performing arts as well as being an influential leader for diverse businesswomen. I co-founded DAWN, a women’s network which I ran for six years, providing management and entrepreneurial training and speaker events to an audience of diverse women.

This period heightened my awareness of diversity and inclusion issues as well as solutions, the role of coaching and the power of listening in a thinking environment in igniting the mind and how generosity towards diversity of thinking leads to better decision making. Following on from this period I have been part of diversity committees in organisations where I held board roles.

 

I have a strong financial services background, with experience in investing, developing and advising on strategy for early-stage companies. My early career roles include sourcing and screening investment opportunities at JP Morgan London, managing a structured fund at ANZ London and as a manager at India’s first venture capital fund set up by an international consortium including Lazard, IFC, ADB and CDC in New Delhi.

I gained my first board appointment at the age of twenty four. This enabled me to develop an adaptable business mind and apply sharp, measured judgment to a variety of challenging situations.

I split my time between London and Singapore.
